They are open now until December 3rd. I don’t know why it says donate to join because you don’t have to do that to get in.

Does anyone know how often signups are offered? I’m a LONG time Cartoon Chaos user who just found out that the site and tracker are gone…..actually happened a few months ago. Looking for a new community to share old (and some new) cartoons with.
