It’s one of these strangely similar german trackers who all use the same old tracker source, ugly design, a dyndns adress, have few users, and are generally unknown in the german tracker scene.
I have no idea who creates them, and why.

Almost all of them are very similar to this one.
From those I know these first hand:
The Shinning (TsH) – falls into the catergory mentioned above, but is real and …okayish. Good for wrestling it seems.
Torrent Sector Crew (TSC) – does NOT fall into this category. Decent medium size general tracker. Recommended!
Best Friends (BF) – falls into the catergory mentioned above, but is real, has some more users and is …okayish. Too many complicated/strict/outdated rules.
Seems to be the old adress and Name since the only german one With that Name i know is dragonworld-reloaded and should be the First Match in Google and they are open atm.
But the good german ones never open for public and you need invites for them like BTF, TS, TN which all have an upload bot and much more users.
