NoName-club is extraordinary and rare today. Second only to Rutracker in Russia, it is an incredibly exhaustive and awesome tracker.

Probably is blocked because you didn’t understood the particular Rules or due to the language barrier your Profile is not properly configured.
Basically you’ve got to seed A LOT. SEED, or you will be blocked swiftly.
Start downloading less than 2GB and seed no less than two weeks or for a month. Very slowly the tracker will allow you more downloads.
SEED as much as possible, you’ll be fine and collect Seed Bonus.
RATIO activates only after 7GB Upload, however is NOT an essential feature.
